What
is a Homeowner's Association?
A Homeowner's Association is a non-profit corporation that has been formed
and organized to serve and represent property owners who own a proportionate
share of common ground real estate with improvements (your home).
This association is responsible, among several duties, for establishing
an annual budget for the purpose of the administration, operation,
and maintenance of the common property.

structure, exterior, or common grounds issue is the responsibility
of the Homeowner's Association. It's your quality control. It's
your comfortable environment! It is nice to have someone else take
care for these things!

Purpose:
The La Bota Ranch Homeowner's Association among other goals hopes
to promote fellowship, unity, and a sense of belonging to an organization
that cares about our neighborhood and the investment value we all
have in our homes.
Though our legal recourse to enforce the rules of the association
will be very limited, it is our desire to encourage all homeowners
to act in good faith in following the guidelines set forth in our
by-laws. Unless the neighborhood and our entranceways are maintained
in a neat and unified manner, our property values and resale potential
will not keep pace with other surrounding subdivisions.
